Our professional Wedding Coordinator will work with you to ensure you and your guests will be made to feel ‘extra special’ on your most memorable day. Ceremony Area:

Our Ceremony Area is an intimate, outdoor setting framed by lush woodlands, a meandering creek and cedar footbridge, all set against a breathtaking Niagara Escarpment backdrop. Dedicated exclusively for your private use, our Onsite Ceremony Area features:

  • Set up of white folding chairs for your guests
  • Signing table dressed in white linen
  • A microphone and outdoor speaker
  • Crosswinds staff to usher your guests
  • White stanchions to create privacy
  • Decorative urns and flowers
  • Electric power for DJs or musicians

Grand Hall:

The Crosswinds Grand Hall is our exclusive, principal reception room. Spacious yet intimate, 30-foot ceilings and open-concept windows create a bright and elegant ambiance accented by panoramic views of the rugged Niagara Escarpment. When the festive spirit of the reception calls for a moment of solitude to reflect on the day’s events or its time to catch up with an old friend, the adjacent and fully licensed Outside Patio provides a welcoming hideaway.

During the reception, your friends and family will be treated to Crosswinds’ gracious service. Our culinary creations are served on Royal Doulton china with fine cutlery and stemware. Floor-length white linen on the tables is complemented by your choice of black or white napkins.
