Booking a Tee Time
Tee times for up to 16 golfers can be booked online. Bookings may be made up to 14 days in advance. Bookings must be secured with a telephone number and a valid credit card. For groups with 17 or more, tee times can be booked up to 90 days in advance. For groups booking a Shotgun Tournament with more than 60 golfers, bookings may be made without any time restrictions.

Crosswinds Golf & Country Club has a 48 hour cancellation policy for all tee times. Crosswinds Golf & Country Club must be informed of any tee time changes, cancellations, or changes in the number of golfers in your booking more than 48 hours in advance. Cancellations or changes made less than 48 hours may be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking. A rain cheque will be issued for the value of the cancelled or changed green fee(s).
Rain cheques may be issued by the Pro Shop during inclement weather conditions. Rain cheques are valid anytime for one year from the date of issue. The following is a percentage of the green fee that would be issued in a rain cheque based on where play was stopped:

Pace of Play
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club expects an 18-Hole round of golf to be completed within 4.5 hours. Our Player's Assistants will advise slower groups about the proper pace of play in order to ensure the best possible experience for all golfers. Crosswinds Golf & Country does not allow groups to play with more than four players per tee time.
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club does not allow any spectators on the golf course, walking or riding in a cart.
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club requests that traditional golf attire be worn at all times on the golf course and at the practice facilities. As a mandatory soft spike facility, Crosswinds will not allow any footwear that is deemed detrimental to the golf course.

As a licensed facility issued by the AGCO, all alcohol must be purchased from Crosswinds Golf & Country Club. Outside alcohol is not permitted and will be confiscated immediately. Crosswinds Golf & Country Club has the right to refuse service in order to serve responsibly and ensure the safety of all our customers and employees.
