BOOKING A TEE TIME
Bookings may be made up to 14 days in advance. Book your tee time online to save on your green fees. All bookings must be secured with a telephone number, email address and credit-card number. The credit card provided will be charged for any no-shows or late cancellations.
- Online or By Phone: Up to 16 golfers.
CANCELLATIONS
Any no shows in your group will be charged full rate to the booking individual, unless cancelled/changed up to 24 hours before your tee time.
To cancel or change your booking:
- Call the Pro Shop from 7am to 3pm at 905-319-5991 x3; OR
- If booked online, go to Tee-on.com; OR
- Email anytime, info@crosswindsgolf.com
RAIN CHEQUES
Rain cheques may be issued by the Pro Shop during inclement weather conditions. Rain cheques are valid anytime for one year from the date of issue. The following is a percentage of the green fee that would be issued in a rain cheque based on where play was stopped:

Hole #2 – 90%
Hole #3 – 84%
Hole #4 – 78%
Hole #5 – 73%
Hole #6 – 67%
Hole #7 – 62%
Hole #8 – 56%
Hole #9 – 50%
Hole #10 – 45%

Hole #12 – 34%

PACE OF PLAY
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club expects an 18-Hole round of golf to be completed within 4.5 hours. Our Player's Assistants will advise slower groups about the proper pace of play in order to ensure the best possible experience for all golfers. Crosswinds Golf & Country does not allow groups to play with more than four players per tee time.
SPECTATORS
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club does not allow any spectators on the golf course, walking or riding in a cart.
DRESS CODE
Crosswinds Golf & Country Club requests that traditional golf attire be worn at all times on the golf course and at the practice facilities. As a mandatory soft spike facility, Crosswinds will not allow any footwear that is deemed detrimental to the golf course.
Examples of Acceptable Attire:
- Collared Golf Shirts
- Traditional Slacks
- Golf or Khaki Shorts
- Skorts (Women)
- Sleeveless Golf Shirts (Women Only)
- Golf Shoes (soft spikes only)
- Running Shoes
Examples of Unacceptable Attire:
- Denim Jeans or Shorts
- Bathing Suits or Short Shorts
- Athletic Pants or Shorts
- T-Shirts
- Tank Tops
- Boots, Sandals, High Heels, Metal Spikes
- Sports Jerseys.
ALCOHOL
As a licensed facility issued by the AGCO, all alcohol must be purchased from Crosswinds Golf & Country Club. Crosswinds Golf & Country Club has the right to refuse service in order to serve responsibly and ensure the safety of all our customers and employees. Crosswinds has a zero-tolerance alcohol policy.
For the safety of our guests and staff, BRINGING YOUR OWN ALCOHOL IS NOT PERMITTED.
Anyone with their own alcohol will have the entire group fees forfeited and all will be asked to leave immediately. We reserve the right to check all coolers and bags on Crosswinds property.
